I have been working as a flow planner for 3years.Our client is satisfied with our work and has already extended his contract with XPO for the 3rd time. We do not have physical contact with customers, and we could on home office so xpo would save on office space, our boss does not want to agree to it

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Generally everyone is busy with their work, no one wants to have deeper interactions, after finishing work, everyone returns home
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
thye should more efficiently recruit new people who leave the company, rather than putting extra work on us..a person leaves every month, and the extra work falls on us. They should also be more flexible, and listen to more people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for XPO Key PL for 3 years, I do not feel appreciated as an employee who has work experience.Every year i ask for a raise but i never got, only the 1%-2 % annual which every employee gets.And XPO key PL never pays for overtime.
