Great office work space and environment and great co-workers. The challenge is resources, our team is understaffed so it is difficult to execute a strategic plan for program growth and improvement.

Completing projects. We have limited resources so projects take longer and can be more stressful. When a project is completed there is satisfaction and also relief.
