tensions because of the lack of resources so overwork for all the leaders
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are fully involved on the company but there's a huge lack of resources and they don't seem to be aware of that (Analysts + Project Managers mostly). There have been a lot of resignations in two years. I'm afraid for the future if it continues like this.
