Close knit group. Many of us have been working together for years.

Reducing turnover and retaining talent. Too many reps creates a "flooded floor" atmosphere and leads to resentment.

Been with XPO for years without one dime raise on my base salary. Not even a step raise.

Turn and burn culture from management needs to change. Often feel like my job is month to month, and character doesn't matter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positives are all related to coworkers. Nothing to do with management. We know how to pick one another up when someone is having a bad day.
