When i started the company was just budding and it is so impressive to see how far we've come. Through changing markets my office rises to the challenge. I love my office but often feel corporate strategies and policies negatively impact our growth and positive work experience at the local level.

What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to work from home and yet still interact with team members via weekly web meetings. Securing contracts/dedicated business with my carriers. Making my carriers feel appreciated and providing capacity solutions to customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to provide solutions for our customers and carriers. My office really does put forth the extra effort to make great business decisions. They are a fun group of individuals while at the same time focusing on gettin the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently the work from home option. As a working mother it has afforded me an incredible work life balance. I do not feel that I have lost any ability to complete my work to the best of my ability and yet I'm able to spend more time with family which is ultimately the reason for my hard work.
