I love working for the company and hope to retire from the company, however, opportunities for African Americans and Women in management are not very plentiful and XPO makes you apply for positions rather than promote from within FIRST, before looking for outside employees. This is unfair

number of vacation days...sick days DO NOT need to be a part of vacation days! They should be separate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The general care and concern that we have for one another; like family. Awesome Director and management. Not the same feeling for upper upper level management....
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
promoting from within; acknowledging team accomplishments; recognizing and promoting employees other than those that were admins for VP's of the company. Employees other than those that worked for the VPs are not promoted, however they became Project Managers with no experience or education to match
