Being able to do my job with little to no supervision and at my own pace with time constraints provided for certain tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our ingenuity is the best thing for delighting our customers. We listen and we resolve to provide our customer knowledge and tools to get the jobs done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They invest in the company provide training and education to employees. Our abilities are challenged to be the best we can be and we are provided an atmosphere of harmony.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as a woman I am undervalued in compensation as it has always been a man's world to be the "bread-winner" and they are compensated well. My pay is the best it has ever been but it has taken me 25+ years to make the same amount of money as my daughter's (who are much younger than I am).
