Love the growth this company has endured. When I first started working here 5 years ago, it seemed like the company didnt care at all for their employee. Much has changed though.

XPO has start to appreciate their employees more with the "Fun Team"

The opportunity for growth has increased drastically. Glad they are hiring from within now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of demands from upper management but not enough understanding as to how operations really work. In order to understand they need to become more hands on for like a week to see all issues that hold back the success of this company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job titles have been minimized to pay if not as high as it should be. New hires coming in off the street getting paid higher than some management that has been in the role for over 5 years. Need more opportunity to get raises as salary.
