We're totally frosted because operators are started making more than a supervisor. No bonus no nothing. So sad !!!

Our company is 3 to 4 years behind in comparison of market, we are not getting good worker because we don't pay good and with less people working 7 days with no rest and also we are keep loosing good workers.
