Overall I love where Im at. A little extra pay would be nice. I think we would retain more employees if they made a little more. I really do enjoy dealing with my leadership. I think we need to invest in more IT resources for more timely ticket resolution. Over all Im quite happy with my career here

for me personally it would be my manager, director and VP. They are great to work for
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team acts as a team and helps each other out. We also like to laugh and joke around while still being productive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with my direct reports. My goal is to train and develop them so they can reach their goals. As long as they are happy, Im happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager, director, and VP are absolutely amazing people. They have a true teamwork mentality and they are always very helpful. They treat you like a human being and genuinely care about their employees happiness
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid fairly. A little low but still fair. I think logistics specialists are paid under industry standard. I feel the health benefits are very good. XPO has done a wonderful job of absorbing increases in order to keep employee costs down.
