XPO Sales roll very stressful hard to find the work life balance due to having to stressful days with doing all the things that are asked of us. Too much!. I don't want to sound un-grateful but it is just plain Hard to sell at XPO. The worst thing is trying to maintain accounts.

They do a good job of communicating with us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all sales folks that have been in the industry a long time. We work good together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we all work together towards achieving the same goal. We all come from different back grounds and we all work together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take the extra jobs off the sales folks. Let us sell. We do not have time to do customer Service, AR and other things that correctly staffed Departments should be doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to not pay for my gas every month the per mile rate is far less then the average cost of fuel. I end up paying about $150.00 a month from my pocket.
