This has been a great experience. I've worked for several different companies (3pls, shippers, etc.) and this is the best culture, top to bottom I've worked at. Keep the culture and you'll keep the people!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team, for the most part, is visible and appears passionate about the business. I love the energy Brad brings to the culture. It is truly motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team! My team as well as the leadership team within MT. We are a strong group with tons of experience. We push each other but we have a lot of fun as well. The team is engaged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to say the RSU's is a very nice perk that I hadn't counted on when I joined XPO. My entire compensation package is very fair based on my experience. Always looking to grow but I have no issues with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very driven and they take the initiative to go above and beyond without me needing to step in. They are bringing tremendous value and we will be a best in class group this year with everything we are working on! Very excited for the second half of this year!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entrepreneurial spirit is very strong. While we are a large company, we don't act like it and we give the different functional groups autonomy to drive solutions! I believe my leader has my back and I believe my team feels that I do as well. Having that support is critical to a strong culture
