I like the email announcements to everyone, live town hall meetings quarterly, and the training videos that feature our leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We strive to cheer each other and not beat each other up. Missed metrics are an opportunity to do better, not a reason to get knocked down.
