Early on things were rough with multiple managers leaving and my job responsibilities growing past what I felt my salary dictated. Since then my manager has been able to rectify that and allow me to do work every day that I enjoy. Over my three years I have evolved tremendously as an analyst.

I am most happy when I am using my technical skills to achieve success at a task. I am very much a practitioner at heart.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very collaborative and while a lot of times I am head down on my work alone I do look forward to the larger team projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here are very good at what they do and are also good people. I get a sense they are approachable even though I do not work with them directly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is filled with many diverse skillsets which allows us to attack a wide range of projects within the company. I also like the balance of guidance and freedom I have in my space.
