I feel that everyone here is top notch. I like that there are so many different backgrounds and experience.

I'm most happy when I solve a problem for someone. I also enjoy furthering anyone's progress on any task.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I constantly have to prove I'm producing and that taking time off would negatively effect my work. It would make me feel better to be encouraged to take time off.
