For the most part, everyone is professional at XPO and goes above and beyond. This includes people in the field.

Everyone works hard on a daily basis. We have been in peak all year for now a year and a half.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management would rather hire external people who have no experience rather than promote internal. From research, my position is underpaid by $20k.
