Hired in as a temp to hire but this was a phallacy as my position was outsourced to Dublin OH. Had to accept a lower level position as an employee. Training/pay/work-life balance are all unacceptable.

Giving new employees time to properly train, paying a competitive wage, promoting better work/life balance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Level of pay and work/life balance - high turnover in staff and a lack of understanding at higher levels
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The industry average in our region is higher than our pay at all levels and the work/life balance is horrible despite my manager's attempts to improve things, he has not had proper support from his supervisors.
