Actually give incentives. This is the only job where my responsibilities go up but my pay is decreasing drastically. I am currenting looking for better opportunities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well, i think the process of training them should improve. Besides that, most of them are bitter, probably for the same reason I am. Cause we work hard and then get commission cuts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you just fired me. At least I would finally get a paid vacation. Since that wont happen at least give me a raise cause i get promised bonuses and i rarely ever see them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well, give us pay raises and stop cutting our commissions. Actually you should give us back our commissions. I would be more likely to stay if my misery made me financially stable. Petty soon McDonalds workers will make as much as me. I already feel depressed taking this survey. Do you read these?
