I like the idea of the bonus option but would prefer a higher % when going above and beyond.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is open minded and works well with challenges. Of course some more than others but that's what makes us a Team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a leader I have had the opportunity to set the expectation of a great safe environment. I love that we have so many different people to work and build life skills and future leaders.
