I like XPO and my client. I do not believe our leadership team understands what is going on at the site level. For instance, the change agent program and XOS are good ideas on paper, but we cannot make every site operate the same.

The executive team does not understand what is going on at the site level. XPO should be INCLUSIVE instead of the one size fits all.
