I think the pay is the best part. I feel I am fairly paid for my job and my efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think my team, being new, does a great job of keeping open communication and cheering each other on. We are all here to exceed expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the HR team does a great job of sharing curriculum and messages of Diversity and Inclusion, and overall, the culture of XPO reflects this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the executive team is very involved and I often have meetings with them or am on email threads they are a part of. I think the clear communication is key for me.
