They continue to add policies like the pregnancy policy, pandemic paid sick leave, to help with work-life balance.

Our team has a lot of fun together and we all work hard to help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came into the company from a different industry (academia). I was at my previous career for 10 years. I wish that there was a way to gain some credit for past experience in previous careers towards compensation and the PTO scale.
