I enjoy my job, and over the last year, I've enjoyed working from home. Our team has become very efficient and performed better from home the entire year. Being forced back into the office is extremely disheartening, and even more so if you feel you will lose your job for disagreeing.

I feel safe to be my true self without judgement and am taken seriously by management.

We are an extremely cohesive team that communicates and discusses best practices on a regular basis. Everyone is kind and professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and being able to work from home for the time being. I am extremely disappointed that although we worked more efficiently at home, that we are being advised that we have to go back into the office.
