XPO – Overall, it has been okay. I have had one mentor leave and not by choice, another moved to a different division, and the other is on a different team. I still ask them all questions to this day. Culture is difficult, but the people on my current team are great and are trying to keep it alive. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

Fun, care about me personally, always available to answer questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open minded and seem to care about a work/life balance.

What makes you most happy at work?

Physically in the office, human interaction. Working from home - the flexibility.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people. There is little to no "culture" though. The engagement team seems non existent, and there are no clubs, organizations, or anything to push culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership strives, or tell us they do, for work/life balance yet people do not take PTO, and work long hours into the weekend. Additionally, with XPO stating to be back in the office, even though productivity has not wavered working from home, it's hard to believe that XPO does care about work/life
