Overall, I enjoy working for XPO. I feel challenged everyday and each day is different from the last, keeping it fresh. The network is big so reaching out and connecting with my coworkers domestically is satisfying. I always feel I learn best when collaborating with partners through the network.

Collaborating with the operations team on how to solve customers problems and continue to grow business locally within out network;

I have an innovative group that I work with who continue to promote selfless work habits and support the company's goals and growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Communicating and working with people inside the company and my customers; I also enjoy assisting and supporting customers in solving problems and taking care of their needs on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that the leadership team is transparent and give off positive communication to keep us engaged. In the trying times we are in, they seem to be honest and understand our current climate...and the challenges we face on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that certain employees in our company get rewarded for the extra work they perform; I continue to support all terminals in my district and work collaboratively with our network and no additional incentive to do so and this time takes away from my customer base.
