Given the revenue I generate and the expectation placed on me, feel my compensation is under that of peers in similar roles both internally and externally.
My team means well and is focused - from my standpoint, there is tremendous frustration at lack of support and the business units' lack of operational excellence and back office reliability.
Communication - there is a lack of confidence and trust in the messaging. Unsure as to the future - feel was misled from the beginning and that I've wasted several years building something in vain.
LTL is terrible - blaming on market conditions but was poor before the pandemic. Leadership focused on personal gain and Wall Street. Nothing strategic whatsoever about 'strategic' sales - not enough capacity to onboard wins yet measured on win rate.
Originally, it was the sense of being part of something compelling and challenging - that we were building something. Now, however, feel I've been misled and now we're playing to Wall Street - feel a sell / split is again forthcoming - all about stock, not about the customers or long-term.
