As a local supply chain manager the impact the executive leadership team has on my operation is unknown. My local leadership team does a great job of supporting my team and my operation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have team members who I feel are undervalued. The company should follow through on promises made and should pay them a fair wage upon promotion. It's difficult to find quality leadership candidates in our area and when we promote from within, many time they take a pay cut due to the lack of OT pay
