I am very invested in XPO and love my job- I love my role in Corporate. I do wish that I had more opportunity as a woman for advancement- I have always received positive feedback from peers and executives, but no promotional opportunites have been presented to me over the past year and a half

I feel that they do care about us as people, and enjoy communicating with us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus- the bonus has been very good over the past year. I definitely appreciate that.
What makes you most happy at work?
have my supervisors not micro manage me, being able to manage my own relationships and own my work, and set my priorities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have flexibility to work from home if we have commitments, or I can leave at 5 if needed to have dinner with my family and know that the team trusts that I will meet deadlines and handle my own workload.
