XPO is a very good company that can be a great company. What is holding us back is that we still have pockets of complacency (HR, accounting) that are at strict odds with the high-performance culture we have in the rest of the company.

I like that the management team sets high expectations and a tone of accountability.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I am making steady progress in getting my sites to the next level. I am very happy when I look back and see that much has been accomplished.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it has multiple levels - salary, annual bonus, stock options that vest over time. I like feeling that I am building equity in the company (deferred comp like awarded stock/cash) instead of just getting a monthly paycheck. It makes me feel like I am valued and have a long term stake.
