I very much enjoy the XPO side. Being onsite at a client that is a very different culture and experience, but all of my experience with XPO and the company has been great. This company has pushed me to be better in my career and want to innovate and look for more career growth.

Very communicative, very much wants to highlight the achievements of the teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
MY team is very fun, and cooperative. My team is also very real which is something that is nice to see. I very much enjoy the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing that I am making an impact. It is nice to see the cost savings projects executing and working to the degree at which we planned for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure is very vague. Pay rate could be adjusted a little higher, seems our employees do such an amazing job just to be paid right at market rates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am an onsite analyst so I have to deal not only with the customers culture, but our own as well. This creates for an interesting dynamic, but it all seems to work out well in the end.
