I like XPO, I like job as general, but on our site we have issue with weak HR and OPS team is doing what they want (bullying, harassing, favoritism) and everything is cover up by Site manager and OPS. Ppl getting jobs by friendships, complains are lost. Grand central - Missguided
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop laying between each other and to customer. More professionalism. Stop bullying and favoritism. treat equally. Stop harassing. I am talking about OPS Team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy with flexible working hours and part times what we are offering. but its not that great for operation. And i think that fact that we pushing on H&S as priority at least on our site
What makes you most happy at work?
Experience, more learning, to feel equal and included (what i don't feel now). more responsibilities, to have a team. Development new things/ processes, investigations and analyzing, fixing issues. My job is great and company as well just ppl around are horrible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not in leadership role anymore since November 2020, however I have enjoyed working with colleagues on the floor more than my current role. I liked so be first point of contact and be able to help / advise and support them and they respected me for that. So both site were happy all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was pushed to move to this role because my set of skills and knowledge. I have replace manager and i took all her responsibilities. I was praised many times by seniors that I moved level up and how happy they are with my performance, but i am still admin. I was promised Man. role, but never happen
