Our team is great.We coordinate well and keep the green light all the time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
more communication. Investment in new tools. More resources.We are working as silos.The hierarchical model of teams needs to change.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership thinking has to change. They are thinking as if they are running the company in 2010.The mind set has to change in supply chain leadership and investment in new technologies and new talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am taking additional responsibility in my job role. I am a self learner and acquired additional certifications,but leadership is not recognizing even though I beg for it.There is no bonus component in supply chain where as other verticals have it.
