XPO is a good place to work and despite the negative from co-workers, I am happy to work here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not sure. Maybe managers should be more observant of staff and how they interact or in my case, don't interact with each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not sure as I don't seem to fit in. From the beginning, it was clear that they are set in their way of thinking. I struggle with the negativity but working for XPO otherwise is a positive experience.
