Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of work/life balance. Current salary is fine, but not when consistently working 50-60+ hours a week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Timely and transparent communication. Genuinely care about the each employee. Act on feedback in a timely manner. Mentor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
OneXPO was a big draw for me, however, it's rarely 'OneXPO'. We do have a social committee in our team and it does a great job of recognizing and celebrating people.
