My overall experience at XPO has been positive. BUT, working at XPO successfully requires pace and commitment. It's not for everyone and that's OK. We need to do all we can to keep the people that are curious, drive change and produce results. I put those in order of start to finish....

What makes you most happy at work?
Putting an issue to bed, then moving on to the next one AND getting great feedback from our associates and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are heard. The Company may not agree with, or implement what is being recommended, but the Company will listen to your position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along very well and will let each other know when something is not right, but never in a way that is negative. In fact, when I interview candidates a big part of the equation is "how do I feel that person will fit into the team?"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe our executive team does a good job of being available, if needed, which is NOT the case with most companies of our size. I believe that when you see them in a location they take the time to actually interact with you and they take an interest in what you have to say.
