What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've worked for some good companies.. i.e. GE, Bank of America, and I never received a merit evaluation with potential raises. That's awesome! The entire package is great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very honest, supportive and guiding, and I have very good SCM's around me that provide a good support network, but the management line above that needs to be more flexible, engaging and strategic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
my terminal is having to schedule pickups 1 day in advance, and we can't afford to take on any new business. our service is suffering terribly and my customers are bitter. we have to fix the service. we need to hire more people constantly
