I enjoy working at XPO and enjoy my job. However, I am not looking forward to the company insisting everyone return 5 days a week. We have shown for the past year+ certain jobs can be done from home. It is important to step back and realize what the employees gain from not having to commute, etc.

It feels like we are all part of a team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to passionate about their jobs and it reflects on other people being happy at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People come to work with a can-do positive attitude on a day to day basis. WHen employees complain it brings down the culture, and we do not have a lot of that.
