I feel like the leadership team I am under is able to listen and understand when issues arise and communicate effectively on how to problem solve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are able to communicate well and have a strong since of "TEAM'. More importantly life situation like family and mental heath are prevalent in the success of the team. We are willing to carrier the load for each other in a time of need.
