They need to stop talking about each other and star acting like adults. Stop with the lies trying to get people fired from their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to know how to talk to their employees, our manger/supervisor, she's a bully and always harassing her black employees and not treating us all the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's isn't any, that I can recall. These people won't even say Good Morning (Mangers & Supervisors) to you, they will stare away or look down before they will speak.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They send the same people to go to different locations, hopping here and there, your sleeping habit is all the way off because of this and more money. be more kind to your employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This site never have anything positive to say about their hard working employees, it's always something negative, they make us work 10 hours a day 7 days a week and the supervisor/ manger never ever comes in, we need more MONEY & PTO hours. It's like they don't care about our family/health.
