They believe in team and not 1 person is successful without the sum of the whole team. Everyone buys into to this philosophy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are diverse and everyone works well together. We might start off on different pages, but we work through what we have to ALL get on the same page. No one is negative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think XPO really understands what I do at the company on a day to day basis as I wear many different hats. I think my value and pay is not at the industry standards,
