Overall I can not be happier with my first 6 months working for XPO. It took me no time to feel apart of the team and I truly feel like as though I bring value to the company and I owe a lot of that to the people I work around from management on down to my teammates.

Building camaraderie amongst team members and management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonus is the best part
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always an open line of communication from leadership on down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody gets along very well and is more than willing to help out where ever it is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In almost 6 months of working I feel more apart of the culture than any other company I've worked for. Reason being is that management really makes you feel like you're important to the team and they always listen to any suggestions that are given to them.
