There's no blame culture. I have always felt very comfortable admitting a mistake and rectifying it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fair pay. I feel this is the man reason why we have low quality workers and poor job satisfaction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm not paid fairly compared to my job role in other organisations. I also feel that many of the benefits are either not relevant to me or not worth doing. For example, There was a great offer online for buying a coffee machine but only if you bought a certain amount of coffee pods.
