During the pandemic, I felt good where things were. We executed at a high level and were productive in results. I do not understand the need to push everyone back into an environment they do not want. We have shown we can do the job remotely and still have a positive ROI.

The focus has not been on what we want as an employee. There has to be a balance of listening to the real concerns and understanding the environment.
