It's a good company to work for in total. However, I think the company may need to explore new and improved benefits to maintain there grasp and power on the industry. I think most company's offer what we offer now, so what's next is what I'm asking? How do we move the ball forward,

inclusion and making everyone feel welcomed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy is good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hold habitual offenders accountable for not pulling there own weight.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that XPO took any of my prior experience into consideration during the most recent restructuring. I have close to 5 years experience in my field but still get paid as an entry level employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Staying on top of the work load, reaching out to individuals when they need help and having a positive attitude when asking for that help. Also, a positive attitude towards receiving the help as well is equally as important. Even if its from the same mid level employee.
