Communication, honesty, taking care of employees, visit the site and share the XPO culture in person. Cero communication with VP at all

Team is quadruple cross train in all areas. My key of success by having a smart team with different capabilities. We have supported more than 12 sites start ups
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication with small sites. Having Directors that match the account and client profiles. if a senior manager is added lately to the account he needs to fit the site environment and its people, not the other way around.
