I like everything about my job and career. The only thing I would change is some of the HR policies. For example the 20% salary cap increase when promoting an employee as the position calls for it. But if hiring external you can bring them in at a full price offer.

The base salary. As the bonus incentive is very inconsistent and unrealistic at times.
