been here going on 3 years when I first started I had a director from Hell, he was terrible but since he left I cannot complain I love my director he is always open , available and supportive he really is top notch

they treat me like an equal not like I am below them even though technically I am.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work alot of hours and I have a high pressure job I feel like they titled me incorrectly and there for my pay is not equal to what I do
