Working on complex problems, situations and come up with solutions to help company propel forward.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

we celebrate victories. Work pace is too fast but great team to work with which is a positive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great Team and love working with the team. SpinCo has shown how teams can come together and work together towards success

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Provide adequate support. I have been putting an average of 12 to 14 hours since last 2 months on SpinCo and sometimes working over weekend. No additional resource was added to help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued as i am getting below the market wages for my job. High disparity in salaries for same position, same responsibility. Leadership can determine who gets adhoc bonuses. Same person keeps getting bonuses.
