Great company! Needs to get a handle on the culture of upper management. Would like to see smaller control towers level set with new business in comparison to the larger ones. Would really like to finish my career with XPO. Just don't feel that confident it will happen.

Very dedicated to their accounts and take ownership in their successes and failures.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is an exception to the culture upper management has become in the last 2 years. He's fair, listens and is generally concerned about my accounts.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to improve our Freight Bill Audit & Pay structure. Having to tell your customer we missed 2100 invoices in 2020 does not build confidence. This happens on all our accounts for Managed Transportation. We struggle to make a profit due to write offs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has changed in recent years. The first 5 years I worked for XPO was awesome. Recently the culture from Upper Management has tarnished how I feel about my company. Had my first interaction with the President of Managed Trans. He made me feel about an inch tall. Not positive, no support.
