Challenging as growth puts serious strain on support functions, which have not grown with the operation. The drive on KPI/Cost saving is high and makes for an challenging environment to be doing my line of work, I learned a lot on how to survive such in this environment and how to succeed

They are approachable without too many layers in between

No matter the rank of a person we can always be open and honest in communication without possible negative consequences
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Typically attention is focussed on cost cutting and this leads to lesser commitment to safety and does not reflect the image XPO projects on this topic and makes my daily life very challenging in this mindset.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as my manager does not empower me due to the high workpressure and i know that i am at the low end of payment scale with more sites i am responsible for then collegues who have lesser sites responsible for.
